The person making the sale shall make a written report of all proceedings in such foreclosure, specifying the property sold, the amount received therefor, the amount of the costs and expenses itemized, and the disposition of the proceeds of the sale. The person shall verify the report under oath and file the same within ten days after the sale in the office of the recorder of the county or counties where the lien is filed.
