(A) The northeast Ohio medical university may enter into a partnership with Cleveland state university to establish the northeast Ohio medical university academic campus at Cleveland state university, to enable fifty per cent or more of the medical curriculum taught to students enrolled under this partnership to be based in Cleveland at Cleveland state university, local hospitals, and community- and neighborhood-based primary care clinics. Cleveland state university shall not receive state capital appropriations to pay for facilities for the academic campus.

  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.

(B) The Ohio university heritage college of osteopathic medicine may be a member of the partnership established under division (A) of this section and may admit and enroll a portion of the Cleveland state university students provided for under division (A) of this section.
