(A) No person shall willfully fail to return a license or registration as required in section 4509.69 of the Revised Code.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4509.77
- Person: includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Whoever: includes all persons, natural and artificial; partners; principals, agents, and employees; and all officials, public or private. See Ohio Code 1.02
(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than thirty days, or both.
