(A) No person shall violate section 4509.01 to 4509.78 of the Revised Code for which no penalty is otherwise provided.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 4509.78
- Person: includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, and association. See Ohio Code 1.59
- Whoever: includes all persons, natural and artificial; partners; principals, agents, and employees; and all officials, public or private. See Ohio Code 1.02
(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
