As part of performing a criminal background check of an applicant as set forth in section 5(b)(2) of the “Interstate Medical Licensure Compact” entered into under section 4731.11 of the Revised Code, the state medical board may require the applicant to comply with sections 4776.01 to 4776.04 of the Revised Code.
