The resolution provided for by section 5591.09 of the Revised Code shall contain a general description of the land or property required by the county for approaches to the bridge, for making alterations in any highway shown on the plan or required by the specifications or contract, or necessary to be purchased or appropriated by the county, and any land required for establishing, altering, widening, or changing the location or grade of any highway, or slope rights for any highway or approaches, required by the terms of said contract.
