Any of the questions to be submitted to the electors of any district must be submitted in the form of a resolution of its board. The resolution shall specify the questions to be voted upon and the date for holding any special election. The board may adopt any such resolution on its own motion, and must adopt the resolution when petitioned by the requisite number of electors of the district. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 341.371

  • Board: means the board of education of a community college district. See Oregon Statutes 341.005
  • district: means a district formed under this chapter to operate one or more community colleges or to secure educational services available at a community college. See Oregon Statutes 341.005
