On or before the 10th day of each month, the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission shall pay into the State Treasury all moneys received under this chapter. The State Treasurer shall credit the moneys to the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission Account. The moneys in the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission Account are continuously appropriated to the commission for the purpose of paying its administrative expenses. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 342.430

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
  • Teacher: includes all licensed employees in the public schools or employed by an education service district who have direct responsibility for instruction or coordination of educational programs and who are compensated for their services from public funds. See Oregon Statutes 342.120
