(1) The holder of a school nurse certificate issued under ORS § 342.475 (1) to (3) is qualified to accept employment to conduct and coordinate the health services programs of any public school in the State of Oregon. A person licensed as a registered nurse may use the term ‘nurse’ as part of a title when employed by a school.
