The proposition of whether or not a tax levied for the purposes of ORS § 358.820 shall be annulled may be submitted to the electors of the city in the same manner as provided for the levy of the tax in ORS § 358.831. If a majority of the votes cast on the proposition is in favor of the proposition, no further levy for said purposes shall be made. [Formerly 357.960]
