As used in ORS § 371.405 to 371.535:
(1) ‘County court’ includes the board of county commissioners sitting for the transaction of general county business.
(2) ‘District’ means a road assessment district organized under ORS § 371.405 to 371.535. [Amended by 1955 c.227 § 1; 1971 c.647 § 69; 2003 c.802 § 106]
