The Oregon Health Authority may audit the records of any hospital in this state to determine compliance with ORS § 414.853 to 414.869 and 414.900. The authority may audit records at any time for a period of five years following the date an assessment is due to be reported and paid under ORS § 414.855. 414.865 is repealed January 2, 2031, and applies to net revenues earned by hospitals during the period specified in 414.871. See section 12, chapter 736, Oregon Laws 2003, as amended (note following 414.871).
