All moneys received by the Natural Resources Division under ORS § 561.400 shall be paid to the State Treasurer and credited to the Department of Agriculture Service Fund established by ORS § 561.144. All such moneys are continuously appropriated to the State Department of Agriculture to carry out ORS § 561.400. [1991 c.624 § 4]
