If any provision of ORS § 84.001 to 84.061 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions of ORS § 84.001 to 84.061 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS § 84.001 to 84.061 are severable. [2001 c.535 § 20]
