Any person who shall knowingly violate any rule or regulation promulgated by the director pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500).

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 23-7.1-6
- Director: means the director of the department of health, or any subordinate or subordinates to whom he or she has delegated the powers and duties vested in him or her by this chapter. See Rhode Island General Laws 23-7.1-3
- Person: means any individual, firm, private corporation, association, partnership, municipal corporation, or any other entity recognized by the law as a subject of rights and duties. See Rhode Island General Laws 23-7.1-3
