By enacting this chapter, it is the intent of the general assembly to protect consumers of motor vehicle glass repair and replacement services through the licensing and regulation of motor vehicle glass repair shops.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 5-38.5-2
- Motor vehicle glass repair: means the business or act of repairing or replacing damaged or undamaged glass in motor vehicles for compensation. See Rhode Island General Laws 5-38.5-3
