Any student who is a South Dakota resident attending the Cheyenne River Community College in Eagle Butte, Oglala Lakota College in Kyle, Sinte Gleska University in Rosebud, Sisseton–Wahpeton Community College in Sisseton, or Standing Rock Community College in Fort Yates, North Dakota, is eligible for a memorial education cost equalization grant as provided in §§ 13-55G-2 to 13-55G-5, inclusive. The eligibility of the students attending these institutions is contingent upon the institution being accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools Accrediting Agency.
