Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-26-303
- Charge data: means information and figures concerning the dollar amount billed by hospitals to patients on account of care, services, goods, accommodations, facilities and equipment furnished by or in a hospital. See Tennessee Code 56-26-301
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of commerce and insurance. See Tennessee Code 56-26-301
The requirements to furnish charge data pursuant to § 56-26-302 are subject to the cost data being reasonably available as determined by the commissioner.
