- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.

(A) Obtaining, possessing, transferring, using or attempting to obtain, possess, transfer or use, for unlawful economic benefit, one (1) or more identification documents or personal identification numbers of another person.
