- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person violates this chapter if the person sells or keeps, offers, or exposes for sale milk or cream in bottles or other containers of a capacity other than one of the standard liquid measures provided for by § 13.024.
