Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 18.074
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The department may assess an administrative penalty under § 12.020 if the department determines that a person is falsely claiming to be certified under this subchapter.
