Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 46.006
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
- Rule: includes regulation. See Texas Government Code 311.005
To be eligible for participation in the program through the use of matching funds under this chapter, an organization must:
(1) be an eligible applicant under Section 46.004 of this chapter;
(2) prepare and submit a project request and application as provided by department rule; and
(3) meet any other requirement established by department rule.
