Terms Used In Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 110.054
- Person: means a natural person or association of natural persons, trustee, receiver, partnership, corporation, organization, or the manager, agent, servant, or employee of any of them. See Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code 1.04
- Signature: includes the mark of a person unable to write, and "subscribe" includes the making of such a mark. See Texas Government Code 312.011
A package store that participates in the program may ship wine under § 110.053 to a person who resides in a dry area if:
(1) the delivery is made by the holder of a carrier permit; and
(2) the package is clearly labeled as requiring the signature of a person 21 years of age or older for delivery.
