- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An automobile insurer may exclude any coverage and the duty to defend or indemnify for any claim afforded under an owner’s automobile insurance policy during a car sharing period, including an exclusion of:
(1) liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage;
(2) personal injury protection coverage;
(3) uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage;
(4) medical payments coverage;
(5) comprehensive physical damage coverage; and
(6) collision physical damage coverage.
