Terms Used In Texas Government Code 1202.005
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
On receipt of documents required by § 1202.003(b)(2) from the attorney general, the comptroller shall register:
(1) the public security; and
(2) the record of proceedings.
