Terms Used In Texas Government Code 313.001
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who intends to apply for the passage of a local or special law must give notice of that intention as prescribed by this chapter.
