Terms Used In Texas Government Code 437.356
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An award may be made to a person who has died in the same manner as an award to a living person, except the orders and citation must indicate that the award is made posthumously.
