Terms Used In Texas Government Code 667.007
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The person must inform the person’s employing state agencies or institutions of higher education before accepting an additional employment with another agency or institution.
