(a) An offense under Section 811.101(a) or 811.101(b) is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for not less than one nor more than five years.
(b) An offense under Section 811.101(c) is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $5,000.
