Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code 161.251
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this subchapter:
(1) “Cigarette” has the meaning assigned by § 154.001, Tax Code.
(1-a) “E-cigarette” has the meaning assigned by § 161.081.
(1-b) “Minor” means a person under 21 years of age.
(2) “Tobacco product” has the meaning assigned by § 155.001, Tax Code.
