Terms Used In Texas Health and Safety Code 366.014
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Subject to the requirements of § 366.071(b), the commission or an authorized agent may designate a person to:
(1) review permit applications, site evaluations, or planning materials; or
(2) inspect on-site sewage disposal systems.
