- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
The comptroller shall deposit any gifts, grants, donations, and legislative appropriations made for the purposes of the designated trauma facility and emergency medical services account established under § 780.003 to the credit of the account.
