- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who holds a general life, accident, and health license may, without obtaining an additional license, write the kinds of insurance contracts described by:
(1) Subchapter C, D, or E; or
(2) Chapter 4055.
