- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A board member may not be held liable in a private cause of action for any delinquency under § 846.102 after the expiration of the earlier of:
(1) six years from the date of delinquency; or
(2) two years from the time when the delinquency is discovered by a person complaining of the delinquency.
