- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
To be qualified to serve as a director, a person must be at least 21 years of age, a resident citizen of this state, and a qualified voter of the county in which the district is located.
