- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person, dealer, peddler, or broker who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine of not less than $500 for each violation.
