- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
From time to time, the commission shall hold hearings, after proper notice, to hear evidence and to adopt rules and orders to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
