Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 1102.101
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
A person may not act or attempt to act as an apprentice inspector in this state for a buyer or seller of real property unless the person:
(1) holds an apprentice inspector license under this chapter; and
(2) is under the direct supervision of a real estate inspector or professional inspector.
