Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 1103.302
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may register with the board by:
(1) completing a registration form prescribed by the board;
(2) meeting the requirements established under this chapter; and
(3) paying the required fee.
