Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 1103.301
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
A person certified or licensed as a real estate appraiser by another state may appraise real property in this state without holding a certificate or license issued under this chapter if the person registers with the board under this subchapter.
