- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
If the person accepts the executive director’s determination, or fails to respond in a timely manner to the notice, the board by order shall approve the determination and order payment of the recommended penalty, impose the recommended sanction, or both.
