- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person whose certificate or license has been revoked, a person who has surrendered a certificate or license issued by the board, or a person whose application for a certificate or license has been denied after a hearing under § 1103.508 may not apply to the board for a certificate or license until the second anniversary of the date of revocation, surrender, or denial.
