- Board: means the Texas Medical Board. See Texas Occupations Code 151.002
- License holder: means a person holding a license, permit, or certificate issued under this subtitle. See Texas Occupations Code 151.002
This subchapter does not prevent the board from taking disciplinary action with respect to a license holder or license applicant by requiring additional hours of continuing medical education, including education in specific course subjects.
