- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
This subchapter does not:
(1) affect the reporting requirements under § 160.003; or
(2) apply to a private medical school certified under this subchapter if all or substantially all of the school’s assets are sold.
