Terms Used In Texas Parks and Wildlife Code 21.104
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The department may contract with any state or federal agency or with any other person to accomplish the functions prescribed by Sections 21.102(1) and (2).
