The district may issue bonds or other obligations payable wholly or partly from ad valorem taxes, impact fees, revenue, contract payments, grants, hotel occupancy taxes, sales and use taxes, revenue from economic development agreements under Chapter 380 or 381, Local Government Code, other district money, or any combination of those sources, to pay for any authorized district purpose.
