Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code Chapter 9008 - La Salle Water Control and Improvement District No. 1
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
