Terms Used In Utah Code 15A-5-101
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5
- State Fire Code: means the State Fire Code adopted by Chapter 5, State Fire Code Act. See Utah Code 15A-1-102
In accordance with 4, the Legislature repeals the State Fire Code in effect on July 1, 2010, and adopts this chapter as the State Fire Code.
