There is created within the General Fund the Environmental Voluntary Cleanup restricted account. |
Terms Used In Utah Code 19-8-103
- Account: means the Environmental Voluntary Cleanup restricted account created under Section 19-8-103. See Utah Code 19-8-102
- Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.

The account shall be used to fund department administration and oversight of voluntary cleanups initiated under this chapter. |

The account may earn interest, which shall be deposited in the account, to be used for the purposes under this section. |
