Terms Used In Utah Code 34A-6-105

Administrator: means the director of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health. See Utah Code 34A-6-103
Commission: means the Labor Commission. See Utah Code 34A-6-103
Division: means the Division of Occupational Safety and Health. See Utah Code 34A-6-103

The commission, the division, and the administrator shall comply with the procedures and requirements of Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act, in any adjudicative proceedings that they conduct under this chapter.
